Fabulous location - great lake and ocean views, short walk to beautiful dog friendly beach. Very comfortable cabin with all amenities. Seamless booking, arrival, departure.

We stayed at the Cottage and had a wonderful time. Spacious, clean and well equipped facilities. Location is brilliant and the beach cabins have a lovely common area with a playground, a pool, common room and bbqs. We look forward to our next stay already.

One Word - Absolutely Amazing. Went with my family, lovely place to stay with kids with so many things to do, kid playground, walking distance beach side and many more. Loved the place and will surely visit again.

Great little place with a chill vibe. Wonderful to be able to wake up and look at the sunrise over the ocean right from the bed! Place was clean and well presented & provided everything needed for a nice quiet get-away. Getting the text message to say the room was ready and all the details about where to park etc was very useful and enabled me to get into the accommodation earlier than expected! The info book in the room was great and helped me plan my days/nights, food and all - was very useful.

We have stayed here as a family of 5 with our dog a number of times. The cabins are clean and have everything you need. The location is second to none overlooking the beach. The hosts Tina and Pete are wonderfully helpful. Highly recommend.

Tina was very helpful and flexible and we appreciated it a lot. Tastefully designed and decorated and well equipped cabins. Tina initiated offering us extra towels and turned the heater and lights on for us (without us asking her to) as we were arriving in the evening. We had a trailer and were able to park i It's those touches that we appreciated. Great playgrounds for the kids too!

What a gem. Loved this place, and its friendly well thought out approach to creating memories that matter. Nice to have access to the beauty of Merimbula in this peaceful setting. Backgammon was a fun find in the communal area (so was the coffee, BBQ and griller).

Lovely spot. We rented one of the Lakeside cabins. The door opened onto bushland and lake, and we could see a glimpse of the sunrise over the ocean from the kitchen window. The kids loved the grounds. The cabin itself was immaculate and we appreciated being able to bring our small dog. Thanks for having us- can’t wait to come back :)

From the friendly welcome to stepping inside our unique little room, both comfy and cosy, TV in good working order although the remote control battery might be on its last legs. Fab shower, larger than normal fridge as well as the larger bin for garbage. Outside area was great for relaxing in the late afternoon, watching the sun go down. Even had a honeyeater come land on our table... naturally no camera in sight.
A lovely short walk to take in the views of the beach. Enjoyed lounging on the relaxing chairs supplied waiting for the sun to make an entrance through the clouds. A shame we had to leave. We'll definitely be back again next time we're in this neck of the woods.

Spent 3 nights there last week with our little dog. Tina and Pete were very friendly and helpful. Pete suggested a local chiropractor for Cynthia who had hurt her back, which turned out well. Unit has everything we needed and were very clean and comfortable. Great location very close to the beach and back lake. Not far from town and shops, and fishing wharf. Very quiet and private settings. Enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location! On arrival we noted how immaculate the grounds were. The individual positioning of the cabins provided privacy which was nice. Parking was easy and close to our cabin. The cabin itself was spotlessly clean and well aired out on arrival, and it had hotel quality bedding and a very comfortable bed. Well recommended

Such a fantastic spot. We had a beach front cabin and the view was spectacular. The peace and quiet was lovely. So close to town but right on the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely stunning view of the ocean, very clean and neat 1 bed beach cottage. Fully self catering with a beautiful sunrise over the ocean with a coffee van in the car park should you be a coffee lover. We even had some kangaroos visit in the evening while sitting on the patio. Fantastic location and extremely well run!

Such a gorgeous location right on Short Point beach, Merimbula. Cabin was roomy, clean and comfortable and well spaced to ensure privacy. Pete and Tina were great hosts. Pete even dropped us downtown so we could catch a bus to the Sapphire Coast Cup Race Day. Merimbula/Pambula have so much to offer and we loved our stay at Beach Cabins. The sunrise at Short Point was a highlight and there's even a hype little coffee van there to grab your morning cuppa. The pool was lovely and roos are plentiful along with the scenic bushland surrounding the park. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Pete and Tina for your warmth and hospitality. Comfy cabin with everything you need. Fantastic views, beautiful spot. Dogs have a wonderful time with so much leash free area. Pete and Tina (+ Lou) great people to deal with, happy and friendly. The cabin is private and quiet even though all cabins were booked. To top it off there is now a coffee van at the beach!

A group of us came down for a golf tournament. Great accommodation in cabins allowed everyone to have their space and meet at great communal area for drinks and a meal at the end of our golf rounds. Thanks for the great stay in clean well presented accommodation.

Perfect location, great views with close access to the beach. If you have a small dog this location is perfect. The cabins have everything you need. We had a great time and would love to come back again.

Tina and Pete were extremely friendly and helpful. The cabins were in a great position and close to the beach. They were well appointed with everything that we required for our stay. It was good that we were able to have our dog stay with us, something that is limited with available accommodation in Merimbula. We will certainly look at staying again when next we come back to Merimbula. All the best. Trev

This place is amazing. Tina and Pete are such lovely hosts and so welcoming. It is so close to the beach and pet friendly. The cabins are extremely clean and self contained and there is a pool and kids area. We will definitely be staying again. A real gem of a place.

Amazing location, it was fully booked out when we stayed and it never felt busy or noisy. Really well equipped facilities. Everything you'll ever need is there. Cabins were clean and tidy, we got fresh towels delivered halfway through our stay. Lovely friendly atmosphere. We loved it.

Great location, just a short walk to the surf beach and an off leash dog area. Easy drive or walk into town. Our cabins adequate for a couple. Most people had a dog and they were all well behaved and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Great 5 nights with our dog. Pete and Tina were very welcoming on our arrival. Units are spacious and spotless with super comfortable beds and pillows. Everything you need plus those little extras like tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided. Terrific BBQ area which has its own coffee machine. Everything about Beach Cabins was fantastic. Lots of bird life and kangaroos. Very close to Short Point which is leash free for your four legged friend. We were fortunate to be there at the right time to see the whales. Only a short drive into Merimbula township, Pambula and Tura beaches. The Whale museum at Eden is well worth a visit. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cabins. Our cabin was spotless, comfortable and fitted our with all the amenities you need. So peaceful with wonderful lake and ocean view. Fantastic that we were able to take our pooch and she settled really quickly. We were so excited when Pete (our host) told us that there were Whales off Short Point and we loved seeing them frolicking in the ocean. This is our second stay at the Beach Cabins and will be back again possibly next year. Thank you Pete and Tina.

Beautiful cabins only a walk away from short point beach. We had a two bedroom cabin. It was comfortable and quiet. We had two young kids with us and the owners were lovely and very accommodating. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back again.

The cabin was perfect - clean, private, well designed and the managers kindly upgraded us to a beautiful cabin with a view. All the little things that matter were included and there was a lovely ambience in the park. The cabins suited the natural surroundings perfectly.

The location excellent, the staff/owners professional friendly and suoer. They made our stay extra special.

Firstly the location was convenient, quick drive of 2-3 minutes within shops, cafes and clubs. The hosts were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were all user friendly and the beds were really comfy. Feeding the lorikeets first thing in the morning was a sheer delight. Thoroughly recommend anyone wishing to spend time in Merimbula to stay here, and its very affordable Could not fault and will not break the bank.

What a great place everything you need, dog friendly perfect location to off lead beaches and walks, close drive to town centre. Friendly owners, helpful when giving information on where to go with our fur baby's.

Great place to stay seen whales from the unit will be going back. The place only a short walk to the beach. The wild life came to the door looking for something to eat.the service was first class would recommend to everyone.

2 night stay with family in a 3 bedroom cabin(1 x King, 1 x Queen, 2 x single). Cabins are situated close to the beach and town centre in a very quiet location. Very clean with ample space and cooking facilities/utensils. Owners were very friendly and welcoming.

Great accommodation for the 3 of us, on the top of Short Point with terrific views of the beach and ocean. A very well supplied and delicious contintental breakfast. Pete made excellent arrangements for us to play golf. We loved our stay and their friendly hospitality. Highly recommended. Thanks Pete and Tina.
